Esther Affo

President & Founder, Hadassah Network Outreach

Esther Affo is a distinguished non-profit leader, media personality, and women's empowerment advocate. As President and Founder of Hadassah Network Outreach, she has dedicated over five years to providing financial support, counseling, and community development for underprivileged individuals and youth across Ghana.

A graduate of Methodist University College (Human Resources Management) and GIMPA, Esther brings five years of expertise as a marketing executive in the insurance industry. She serves as a resource person for Joy Prime TV, GHone TV, CTV, Class FM, and numerous other platforms — hosting the "Soul Sisters Show" on Class 91.3 FM.

Honored with prestigious awards in 2022 and 2024 for Outstanding Contributions to Female Youth Empowerment by the She Achievers Awards, she is also Brand Ambassador for Gold Coast Restaurant and founding leader of The Extraordinary Ladies Wing initiative.

Rev. Prosper Nana Amoako Kumi

Reverend Minister, Public Speaker & Insurance Expert

A distinguished Reverend Minister, public speaker, and insurance expert with a unique blend of spiritual, academic, and industry expertise. Rev. Prosper holds a proven track record of delivering impactful messages and driving growth across both faith-based and corporate platforms.

A dual member of the Chartered Institute of Insurance Ghana and the Chartered Institute of Insurance UK, he holds a BSc in Business Administration and is an ordained and commissioned Reverend Minister. His expertise spans public speaking, event hosting, insurance and risk management, ministry, and leadership development.

Dr. Paul Hans Kofi Drapson

Entrepreneur, Management Consultant & Business Coach

A distinguished entrepreneur, business and management consultant, enterprise mentor, and faith-based leader with extensive experience in business development, public policy, youth leadership, and corporate social responsibility across Africa.

Dr. Drapson holds a Doctorate in Divinity, an MBA in Oil and Gas Management, and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Business Studies from Coventry University (UK). He is the founder of multiple enterprises operating across Ghana, Nigeria, and Rwanda, with interests spanning entrepreneurship, energy, and humanitarian services.

A former National Speaker of the Youth Parliament of Ghana, he has collaborated with the United Nations Global Compact, WaterAid UK, and World Bank-supported reforms. He was recognized as the Most Outstanding Negotiator at the "Best Diplomat" conference in Dubai among delegates from 38 countries.
